7dbet Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to all registered accounts and to any person who accesses or uses the 7dbet website, mobile web application, games, betting markets, promotions, and any other services offered by 7dbet (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms should be read alongside the 7dbet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and 7dbet.

7dbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

To be eligible to register and use the 7dbet platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
• You are a resident of or are located in Bangladesh or another jurisdiction where online betting services of this nature are not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are registering and using the platform on your own behalf as an individual, and not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the 7dbet platform or any other online gambling platform, unless such exclusion or suspension has been formally lifted.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of 7dbet or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

7dbet reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage, including after account registration. Providing false eligibility information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on the 7dbet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual (whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices) constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any associated balances. During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, Bangladesh mobile number, and date of birth. 7dbet may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment method.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (mobile number and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• 7dbet will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your account password. Any message requesting your 7dbet password should be treated as a phishing attempt.
• You must notify 7dbet immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your login credentials have been compromised.
• All account information must be kept current. If your registered mobile number changes, you must update your account details promptly by contacting 7dbet support.

7dbet reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in account restrictions, withdrawal holds, or account closure.

7dbet supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the relevant screen within your account at the time of the transaction.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account (bKash wallet, Nagad wallet, bank account, or card) registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and may be refused or reversed.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment account that has previously been used to fund your 7dbet account, or to a verified account registered in your own name. Withdrawals cannot be redirected to an account belonging to a third party.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours depending on the originating bank. Withdrawal processing times for bKash and Nagad are typically within 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts with no outstanding compliance flags.
• 7dbet is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, mobile network operator, or bank. If a deposit or withdrawal appears to be delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact 7dbet support at [email protected] with the transaction reference number.
• 7dbet reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any transaction that appears unusual in size, frequency, or source of funds. Transactions that cannot be satisfactorily explained may be delayed, refused, or reversed, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

All deposit amounts are held in your 7dbet account wallet. Funds in your wallet may be used across all available products on the platform — cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and other games — without internal transfers between product-specific balances.

7dbet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, deposit match promotions, and other promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence in respect of that promotion only.

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover requirement for each bonus is stated on the promotion page. A rollover requirement of, for example, 20x means that the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts, identities, or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination and forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 7dbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotional offer has already been claimed by a player before cancellation, the terms applicable at the time of claiming will continue to apply.
• Bonus winnings that result from play during which bet amounts have been manipulated, hedged, or placed in a pattern designed to reduce risk and guarantee bonus conversion (commonly known as bonus hunting or arbitrage) will be voided.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts, cannot be exchanged for cash directly without meeting rollover requirements, and have no monetary value outside the 7dbet platform.

Any bonus credited to your account in error (whether due to a technical fault, misconfiguration, or any other reason) must be reported to 7dbet support immediately. 7dbet reserves the right to reclaim erroneously credited bonuses or winnings derived from them at any time.

All bets and game rounds placed on the 7dbet platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and market — are correct before confirming a wager. 7dbet will not void or reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of Player error.

• In the event of a technical failure or system error during a game round or betting event, 7dbet will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly and in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules. Where a resolution cannot be determined, the affected round or bet may be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or by physical game events (e.g. roulette wheel spin, card deal) as the case may be. All game providers integrated into 7dbet are independently certified for fairness. 7dbet does not modify game outcomes.
• Odds on sports betting markets (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports) may fluctuate before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the moment you confirm the bet. Early cash-out options, where available, are subject to the odds prevailing at the time of cash-out.
• 7dbet reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was known in advance, that match-fixing or manipulation was involved, or that the bet was placed using information not available to the general public.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Bet limits may vary by market, event, and account status. 7dbet reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual accounts at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7dbet platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human method to interact with the platform, place bets, spin games, or exploit any feature of the platform.
• Using the platform to launder money, process funds derived from illegal activity, or circumvent any anti-money laundering or counter-financing of terrorism controls.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage on any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or similar card games.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing any other person to use your account, including family members or persons acting as an agent on your behalf.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, display glitches, pricing errors, or any other technical malfunction to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided and the balance forfeited.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 7dbet players at no cost and can be activated at any time by contacting support at [email protected]:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 7dbet wallet. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits — set a maximum session duration after which you will automatically be logged out. Session limit changes take effect from the start of your next session.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The suspension cannot be lifted before the selected period ends.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account. Self-exclusion is irreversible. Once self-exclusion is activated, your account cannot be reopened under any circumstances and you will be prevented from registering a new account using the same identity or payment details.

7dbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or bonus abuse policies.
• 7dbet has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player has engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with the platform.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period, in which case the account is suspended or closed in accordance with the player's request immediately upon receipt.
• 7dbet is required by applicable law or by a lawful request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority to close or restrict the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player (including bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or underage use), any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in its entirety. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (including self-exclusion), any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering-requirement-locked funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment account after any outstanding compliance checks are completed.

All content on the 7dbet platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other proprietary materials — is the intellectual property of 7dbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the 7dbet platform or its content without the prior written consent of 7dbet. The 7dbet brand name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used by any third party without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7dbet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if 7dbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7dbet does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, third-party payment provider outages, game provider technical issues, and events outside 7dbet's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, acts of government, or natural events) may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. 7dbet will endeavour to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where possible.

7dbet collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data from registered players in order to provide the Services, verify identity, process payments, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with players about their accounts and promotions. All personal data is handled in accordance with 7dbet's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 7dbet does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

7dbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material in nature — for example, changes to eligibility criteria, bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal conditions, or responsible gaming tools — 7dbet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where operationally practicable.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible at /terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept a revision to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if you wish to close your account, contact 7dbet support at [email protected].

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and 7dbet, the player should first contact 7dbet support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. 7dbet will acknowledge the dispute within 5 business days and endeavour to reach a fair resolution within 30 business days. Where a resolution cannot be agreed, the matter may be escalated through the appropriate legal channels available in the player's jurisdiction.
